CLASS DESCRIPTION:
There is a warm resting place deep within our cellular memory where time and space interplay with the universal
language of fluid potency and a welcoming creative response that is peaceful, loving and safe.
A constellation of vibrational resonance with all living things becomes an effortless resource
An integration of movement , sound, and restful restorative suspension awaits our arrival .
The full capacity to breathe in our embryonic wellsprings becomes a cosmic validation reflecting our inner planet
of sound.
In this class each infinite sound frequency merges into a liquid playground by "softening into the layers" of pure
body felt sensations.
Engagement with one's own blossoming becomes a safe and supported womb like adventure. While in the deep
stillness we are beneath the speed and reflection of an ever changing planetary tempo. Our Bodies become a
slow creative "Inner Vista" that is held in mother earth's vibrational womb of creation.
We are welcomed into The Liquid Stillness, participating in our sequence of daily renewal.
