We'll access the inner dynamic form and fluid landscape of our body, as consciously experienced support
for movement, nurturing our creative self-expression and self-healing.
Our Somatic movement dive will dissolve restrictive patterns and nurture an effortless physicality as we
expand our connection with the world around us:
* Body-Mind Centering - Floor based Experiential Anatomy
* Continuum Movement - Breath, sound, subtle movement
* Authentic Movement - Witnessing and being witnessed in embodied effortlessness.
We'll find spatial clarity in relation to our embryonic mid-line, deepening our capacity to be playfully
present from the inside-out as we explore relationship and art-making.
