remarkably transformative, healing, and liberating - and loads of fun.
Movement, inner exploration, and theater improv will free up your
creativity and deepen your ability to be present with yourself and others.
Using breath, vocalization, imagery, and personal stories, you will bring the
riches of the internal world out into expression. These practicesbuild a
powerful foundation for performance, whether in the art of living, or a
specific creative project.Tune your instrument and learn to flow with the
go of inspiration and love.

Please bring a journal or notebook, and wear movable, breathable clothes.
