SOMATIC EXPRESSION® Embodying Nature 2 Part Intensive: Thurs 9/18, 9:30am-12pm & 2-4:30pm
|
We are elements of nature: our soma and psyche are reflections of the planet. Breath,
vocalization, touch, movement, and stillness are the preverbal somatic languages of your
organism. They create the inner conditions for more sensory awareness and receptivity
to the outer environment. From this state, we move into an expressive relationship with
nature: contacting, witnessing, exploring and responding to the environment. We will
work both in the studio (9:30am-12pm) and outside (2pm-4:30).
