Teri has practiced Martial Arts and medical Chi Gung for over ten years. She has
studied with various teachers including three reknown Masters; Su Dong Chen's
Essence of Evolution method, Kwan Sai Hung's Taoist Chi Gung and Meditation
practices, and B.K. Frantzis's Taoist Energy Arts method.
Teri integrates these practices for health and physical performance, teaching group
classes and private sessions for individuals who are looking to increase their
