- SITTING MEDITATION
- Teri leads a Sung method of Sitting Meditation, bringing release and relaxation. This
dissolving practice offers a balance to one's body and mind. Finding a place of emptiness can enhance all aspects of daily life. Utilizing a smooth breath technique and an energy dissolving method, this practice can help resolve the stress brought about by cultural speed and the mass of information coming into our senses on a daily basis.
- This Sung method softens mind chatter, and helps in letting go of one's perceptual
habits. When reinforced with Chi Gung movement, by clearing physical restrictions, individuals can release unresolved history in their system, making one's meditation practice stronger and opening the possibility for sitting into stillness. Smooth and consistent breath, on both inhale and exhale, relaxes one's body systems, providing health benefits as well.
- This meditation method is practiced sitting in a chair, relieving the knee stress
usually associated with sitting practices using the Lotus position. We sit in the silence of simply being, we discover that Being is our true nature.

- MOVING MEDITATION
- We sit, and in the silence of simply being, we discover that Being is our true nature.
We discover that all movement arises and dissolves in that mystery. In sessions we begin with discussion and cultivating our ability to focus attention. We use a mindfulness technique to train our awareness to gently return to the breath and sensation.
- Working with sensation while doing very subtle movement, we bring ourselves back
to stillness. We extend this exploration of sensation into sound, and then return to silence.
- Weaving more active methods along with the practice of sitting in silence, we
enhance our ability to respond to any circumstance in a relaxed way. During the session we play with various ways to both allow for contact with whatever comes up and to also let it dissolve.

Meditation is the art of practicing presence. There are many different forms,
styles and methods. Some are active and some are more still. All work with
attention is some way. The most familiar form is a practice of sitting still in silence.
However, meditation can also include sound, movement, visualization, and
language, as well as stillness and silence. Whatever the tools and focus, the
intention is to relax fully into the mystery of present moment existence… to open
to the creative flow of life that is sourced right here, right now.
We sit, and in the silence of simply being, we discover that Being is our true
nature. We discover that all movement arises and dissolves within that Mystery.
